	Background Russell Ashmore and Dr. James Hayes were on a Mo-Med Mission trip in 2002, when they wondered, “If we can do this in South America and half way around the world, why can’t we do something to help the people in our back yard?” This very conversation was the seed that was planted that would eventually give birth to what is now the Taylors Free Medical Clinic. On July 28, 2005,we opened the doors of the clinic for operation. Taylors Free Medical Clinic is a faith-based clinic whose mission is to minister to the mind, body and spirit of the medically uninsured and indigent people of the greater Taylors area. Aside from our management team, we are fully staffed by volunteers, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and administrative personnel. Even our cleaning is done by volunteers. Volunteers are the back bone of our operation.	Our Vision May we have eyes to see those rendered invisible and excluded, Open arms and hearts to reach out and include them, Healing hands to touch their lives with love, And in the process, heal ourselves.
