Our Purpose Taylors Free Medical Clinic is a faith-based clinic that provides free medical services, educational opportunities, multiple counseling services and addresses needs of the whole person. The purpose of Taylors Free Medical Clinic is to provide primary health care at no cost to the ever-growing number of uninsured individuals who are without government assistance, private insurance or financial resources to afford medical care.

Eligibility for Primary Medical Care The clinic serves low income (below 165% of federal poverty level) and uninsured patients (having insurance includes, VA benefits, Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance). Services provided free of charge to qualified individuals.
Information to bring: ü Identification ü Proof of household income (pay stub, notarized letter from employer, tax return)
Hours Mondays and Wednesdays 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon Pre-Registration for Appointment Pharmacy Services
Thursdays 5:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Patients with fixed appointments ?
